In the center of external chaos, the mind is capable of internal silence.

The body is highly intelligent. Listen to what your body conveys to you. 

Allow life to be life. Allow yourself to be yourself. 

Continue to practice. Perfection does not exist. 

Perhaps feeling uninspired is the source of inspiration. 

Take a breath to remind yourself that you are alive. 

Speak with yourself as you would a child. You are still learning. 

Try not to look ahead. Try not to look behind. Look at where you stand right now. 

One minute of meditation is meditation. 

The use of a rational mind is a reflection of emotional maturity.

I’ve laughed until I’ve cried. I’ve cried until I’ve laughed. Tears of laughter and tears of pain are a great release.

To tell yourself the truth is to respect yourself. 

Observe what you are consuming mentally, physically and emotionally. 

What works for you today may not work for you tomorrow. Each day is different. Each day you are different. 

One song has the ability to change your entire perspective. 

You have the capability to build the life that you desire. Understand how to use your tools. 

Sometimes tears are the only words. 

I sit still long enough to be still. 

We are reminded of our imperfections. Embrace them. Adjust accordingly. 

I have learned how to watch life unfold. Life’s plan does not have much to do with me.  

Try not to suppress feelings using people, places or things. Emotions will manifest through the body, one way or another. 

Never underestimate the power of adequate sleep. 

I’m here to explore the human experience. 

Try not to judge yourself, rather observe yourself. 

The quiet lives inside of your mind. You may go there at any time. 

We are here temporarily on this Earth. Utilize your time wisely. 

Our feelings are as temporary as we are. 

If you aren’t satisfied with the snapshot, adjust your lens. 

I cannot change yesterday, but yesterday can change me. 

Mental regulation becomes possible when I focus only on what I may control. 

I’m willing to practice and learn coping skills each day. 

We become the choices we make. 

One day I will not wake up to this world. I best not become too attached. 

I attempted to escape from myself using mind altering substances. That never worked. 

I practice allowing life to unfold without my resistance. 

I have felt lonely many times in my life. My loneliness recognizes your loneliness. 

As my teachers would tell me when I was young, “It’s not the end of the World.” I hear them in my mind to this day. 

Randomly smile. It helps. 

Never conform to others. You’ll never feel pleased. 

It is impossible to prepare for feelings never felt before. 

I pay attention to my thoughts. I pay most attention to what I can do with them. 

Allow others to walk their own path. 

Gossip does not hurt them. It hurts you. 

I’m here to help people. I, myself, included. 

Prioritize yourself. 

It’s possible to feel contentment..

A decision can be made in an instant. Growing into the decision can last a lifetime.

My intuition is a powerful energy force. I have learned not to argue with it. 

Rested body. Peaceful mind.
