A collaboration of research teams at Harvard University and Google research has released the H01 dataset of a section of the human cerebral cortex.
The project consists of a 1 cubic mm volume of human cortical brain tissue obtained from the temporal lobe. The tissue was scanned by electron microscopy at nanoscale resolution. It allows for visualization of neuronal cell types present, synapses, and color labeling of excitatory and inhibitory synapses. The interface allows for manipulation of 3-d reconstructions and visualization of source images.
An accompanying paper describes the scope and technical aspects of the project. A reconstruction tool is included to allow users to explore the dataset utilizing various parameters.

If that is not enough also from the Harvard team is a neuroimaging macroscopic atlas of the human brain. The atlas utilizes both MRI and PET imaging to provide both functional and anatomical information. Examples of various disease states are included.
